Consent forms coming soon in v8.4.0
Below are details of the exciting new Consent Forms package shortly to be released with the Professional versions of Barefoot Manager, Farriers Manager and Dentists Manager. Equine Vet Manager will have this included as a matter of course.
But it does not stop there. Now you can create your own documents, save them as "masters" and call them up any time to send to your clients. Applications such as Newsletters and even Websites are now possible all from within our packages at the click of a button.
All documents are saved in HTML format so can be uploaded to a website, emailed or simply saved against the patient record. Editing is provided by means of the standard Microsoft toolbar. The possibilities are endless and all under direct user control.
Of course when using consent forms, there is even the means to add a digital signature to the form. So if using a Tablet machine, call up the form, have the client sign the form and saved it for ever. If access to a Tablet is not possible then the form can be printed and scanned back in using the advanced drawing package released in the latest version.
Below are a few examples. Note, we have manipulated some of the forms for viewing purposes only. The actual layout and colouring is completely under your control.
This feature will be a free upgrade for anyone with a Professional version of our software holding a current valid subscription. Standard version users can upgrade easily at any time to receive the new features.
